The Sunday School kids have chosen a service project for the end of the school year. They are having a pet food collection for the Mohawk-Hudson Humane Society. They will collect donations through June 14. There is a box in the lobby. Thank you for your contributions to this very worthy cause.

Our May Mission is Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fund. This fund is a part of Senior Services for the Town of New Scotland. Funds are used to help New Scotland seniors in times of need. Some of the needs met have been emergency house repairs, electric and fuel oil assistance, and providing food. Each spring, Voorheesville/New Scotland Volunteer Day is held promoting neighbors helping neighbors, matching volunteers with projects that assist our senior citizen community members and others in need in the town of New Scotland with yard work and other light projects.

New Scotland Community Food Pantry: There is a box in the lobby for donations. Specifically, they are looking for gluten free products, Knorr’s noodle pouches, sunscreen/insect repellents, laundry detergent, gravy, and tea bags.


​Fair Trade: We have a variety of coffee, tea, chocolate bars, chocolate chips, pecans, and olive oil. All items sold at cost. Check out the table downstairs!
