Our Sunday worship service is at
10:00 a.m. in person. Per CDC community transmission tracker, masks are recommended for all, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are required for those who are not fully vaccinated. The center pews are open; the side pews are taped off for those who would like to maintain social distancing. No objects, like offering plates or communion elements, are being passed hand-to-hand. If you cannot join us in person, recorded worship from previous weeks is available (see below). |

March 13, 2022 Announcements
This month’s Mission Collection is for the Albany CROP Hunger Walk. Twenty-five percent of the funds raised will go to hunger-fighting programs in our local community. The remainder will go to grassroots development efforts around the world to help provide food and water, as well as resources that empower people to meet their own needs. The Presbyterian Church (USA), through Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, has launched an appeal for funds to help support the Church’s humanitarian response to the war in Ukraine. For more information on how to contribute, please see enclosed flyer. The March 2022 newsletter “LISTEN to the ChurchMouse” has been sent out electronically. If you did not receive it, be sure to check your junk email, since we are now using our new email addresses exclusively. If you didn't receive it and would like to receive it by email, contact the office. Hard copies were mailed out to those for whom we didn't have an email address. Copies are also available in the church lobby. Starting Tuesday, March 15: New Book Discussion on "Rescuing the Planet: Protecting Half the Land to Heal the Earth,” by Tony Hiss. "Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near. Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you."
